Universal tracking
Where is my parcel?
Enter the tracking number. We detect the carrier and open the tracking page for you.
Why universal tracking
One field instead of ten carrier websites
International shipments pass through multiple carriers — DHL from the sender, GLS for last-mile delivery, DPD for the return. Each has its own tracking page. Paste the number here and we open the right one instantly.
Instant detection
The carrier is recognised by the number format — in milliseconds, entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server.
Private
Your tracking number is never stored on our side. Opening tracking is a direct redirect to the carrier's official website.
International couriers
DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, GLS, DPD and more — covering all major international routes, not just domestic carriers.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about parcel tracking
How does universal parcel tracking work? expand_more
Enter your tracking number into the field. Based on the number format (length, prefix, letter pattern), we automatically detect which carrier is handling your shipment. We then open the carrier's official tracking page directly — you read the real-time data straight from the source.
Which carriers are supported? expand_more
We support DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, GLS, DPD, Sendcloud, and other international carriers. Czech Post and Slovak Post are also supported for shipments originating from Central Europe. If we don't auto-detect your carrier, select it manually from the list.
How do I identify which carrier is handling my parcel? expand_more
Each carrier uses a distinct tracking number format. DHL Express numbers start with 10 digits or JD followed by digits. UPS numbers start with 1Z followed by 16 characters. FedEx uses 12 or 15 digit numbers. GLS uses 8 or 11 digit numbers. If you only have a number with no carrier name, paste it into the widget — we recognise the pattern automatically.
Do you store my tracking numbers? expand_more
No. The widget runs entirely in your browser — your tracking number is never sent to our servers or stored anywhere. When you click "Open tracking", you go directly to the carrier's official website, which is the only party that sees your input.
Why is my parcel not showing up in tracking? expand_more
Tracking activates only after the carrier physically receives and scans your parcel. There can be a gap of up to 24 hours between label creation and the first scan. For international shipments, parcels passing through customs may show no updates for 1–5 days — this is normal. If tracking is silent for more than 3 business days after the expected handover date, contact the sender.
My parcel is stuck at customs. What should I do? expand_more
Customs clearance for non-EU destinations (or for parcels entering the EU from outside) typically takes 1–5 business days. If it's been longer, the recipient may need to provide additional documentation or pay customs duties before the parcel is released. Contact the carrier's customer service with your tracking number for a status update.
