GDPR
Privacy Policy
This page describes what data we collect from visitors, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. We comply with the GDPR and EU Regulation 2016/679.
1. Who we are
The operator of this site (parcel-guide.eu) is the editorial team behind ParcelGuide.eu. To exercise your GDPR rights, contact us at info@parcel-guide.eu.
2. What we collect
- Anonymous analytics — via Google Analytics 4 we collect anonymised visit data: traffic source, device type, pages viewed, time on page. IP addresses are anonymised.
- Server log files — the web server keeps standard access logs (IP, user agent, referrer) for 30 days for security purposes.
- Cookies — we use functional cookies (preferences) and analytical cookies (GA4). No marketing cookies without your consent.
3. What we do NOT collect
- Tracking numbers entered into the universal tracker — tracking runs entirely in your browser and is never sent to our servers.
- No personal data without your active consent (no accounts, no forms).
- No profiling and no tracking for advertising purposes.
4. Sponsored links
Some outbound links contain a tracking parameter in the URL — the destination site uses it to recognise that you arrived from our page. We share no personal data with them, only the fact that you clicked. Your price does not change.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, object to, and withdraw consent for your data. To exercise these rights, write to the contact e-mail above.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may change as the project evolves. The latest revision is always here. Current version effective from 11 April 2026.
