    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

How does Shabbat affect delivery in Israel?

From Friday evening to Saturday evening (approx. 25 hours) is Shabbat in Israel — the entire economy, including public transport and deliveries, stops. If a parcel arrives in the country on Friday afternoon, it will not be delivered until Sunday. Express DHL factors this into delivery estimates, but it is good to know that the weekend means a 2-day delay.
