Customs
Myanmar has a de minimis threshold of 50 USD (~48 EUR) — shipments up to 50 USD are generally cleared without duty. Above 50 USD, Commercial Tax of 5–15% and customs duty of 0–40% apply. IMPORTANT: Since the military coup in February 2021 the situation is unstable. DHL Express and FedEx still accept shipments to Yangon (Rangoon) but with restrictions and longer lead times. Always attach a detailed invoice — shipments are subject to heightened scrutiny.

- CN22 is a simplified customs declaration for parcels up to 2 kg and €270 in value. Completed at the post office or generated by the carrier. Without CN22, the parcel may be held at customs.
