Customs and VAT for Norway
Norway is outside the EU and outside the EU customs union (though part of the EEA). Every shipment requires a customs declaration. Norwegian VAT at 25% applies from the first NOK (effectively from zero). Customs duty applies above 350 NOK (~€30).
