Customs
Tajikistan has no clear de minimis for personal shipments — NDS (VAT) of 15% and customs duty per tariff (0–30%) apply from the first value. The Tajik Customs Service handles clearance in Dushanbe. Tajikistan is not an EAEU member — it has its own customs system. Shipments are very complex: DHL covers Dushanbe but delivery times are highly variable. Standard postal routes via Russia have been unreliable since 2022.
