Customs and VAT for United States
The USA is outside the EU. For shipments from Europe to the USA, the US de minimis rule (Section 321, duty-free up to USD 800) has been suspended since 29 August 2025, so practically every parcel is dutiable regardless of value. US states may additionally collect sales tax (0–10%).
