    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

Why is a parcel to Iceland 3× more expensive than to Germany?

Two reasons: geographic isolation (950 km from the mainland, air-only) and low traffic volume (370,000 inhabitants). Every parcel needs an air slot with fixed costs. Even a "cheap" carrier charges 2–3× the standard rate.
