Namibia is a SACU (Southern African Customs Union) member — it shares the customs system with South Africa. Namibia has modern customs infrastructure — NamRA (Namibia Revenue Agency) manages clearance in Windhoek. Clearance takes 2–5 days. DHL and FedEx cover the whole country.
