Tonga Revenue Services handles clearance in Nukuʻalofa (Tongatapu island). Tonga is a constitutional monarchy in the Pacific — one of the smallest states. DHL and FedEx have limited service to Nukuʻalofa. Remote Tongan islands are practically unreachable by express courier.
